You have been wanting to invest in yourself in a way that leaves you feeling empowered and rejuvenated.
The wanderlust is real and you're ready to embark on an adventure to experience a new place and culture.
You're ready to meet your inner Wild Woman and explore what she has to share with you on a personal level.
You're ready to reclaim your voice and stand fully in your creative power.
You need a safe space to explore your most
authentic self.
You are longing to cultivate healthy relationships with other women.
Save the drama for your Mama! Too many of us have experienced the negative side of female friendships and this is not the place for it. We are gathering as sisters who might not agree on everything and, at the same time, welcome each member of the circle with compassion and love.
All levels, gentle yoga will be offered as a way of coming back into your body and preparing for the daily adventures. These flows are based on Yin Yoga principles and made to be accessible to everyone.
Fill your heart with the joy you deserve by participating in organized adventures designed to bring levity and laughter into your life. Practice the art of letting go and being free surrounded by sisters and the sea.
Mind, Body and Soul! Join us for a balanced retreat schedule that includes workshops for your mind, gentle yoga for your body and lots of laughter for your soul. This experience is the perfect combination of deep work and fun filled adventures.
It is our goal to share the power of true sisterhood. You can expect a safe space to express yourself and experience the magic that is made when women gather with intention.
There's nothing better than sitting next to the pool with a delicious adult beverage! However, that's not the focus of our gathering and workshops will be best experienced with a clear mind. Instead, we will be offering select intentional opportunities to indulge in island spirits, if you choose to do so.
I see you sister. I really see you! And guess what - I except you just the way you are and I invite you to bring ALL of yourself into the circle.

Hey Sista, It’s me Jamie!
A free-spirited, wild Mama and dedicated self-healer who is passionate about bringing together like-minded women and helping them realize their fullest potential. I truly believe that every woman has the right to total autonomy and to reclaim their personal power.
I have always been drawn to water (hello Pisces!) and the peace that is experienced by living a life surrounded by Nature.
Moving to Belize has been an experience of a lifetime and 5 years has flown by. I have fallen in love with the people and culture and can’t wait to be your guide around the Islands!
When I’m not in work mode, you can find me adventuring with my husband and toddler, expressing myself through art, dance and cooking, studying all the things, soaking up the sun and howling at the moon.
